Our food is a heartfelt expression of traditional Mexican cooking, created in honor of my grandmother, Mama Cholita. As a family of farmers, preparing food was how we showed gratitude for the dedication and labor our loved ones poured into the land.
This deep appreciation shaped our careful, intentional approach to every ingredient and step in each recipe. Generation after generation, these values remain at the heart of our kitchen—from my grandmother’s mole, to my mother’s tamales, and the signature dishes we now share.
